Heard on admission and formulation of substantial question of law.

This second appeal is admitted and shall be heard on the following substantial question of law :-

"Whether the first appellate Court was justified reversing the judgment and decree of the trial Court by holding that plaintiff Jahira Begam is the exclusive owner of the suit property and the Will deed dated 18/08/2004 (Ex. P/6) executed by late Jalil Ullah in favour of plaintiff is strictly in accordance with law, by recording a finding which is perverse and contrary to the record ?"

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mrs. Renu Kochar accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Ravi Bhagat accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2.

Let a copy of memo of appeal along with a copy of substantial question of law be served to them within seven days from today.

Considering the urgency shown in the matter, list it for final hearing in the week commencing 5th July, 2021.
