On due consideration, I am inclined to allow the said application.

Accordingly, the said application is allowed and it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 18.05.2018 passed by First

Additional District Judge, Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G) in Civil Suit No.5B/2005 shall

remain stayed until further orders subject to the terms and conditions as passed vide

order dated 14.07.2020.
