Heard on IA No.05/2021, an application for extension of stay granted by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2014.

From perusal of the said order, it appears that the execution of the impugned judgment and decree has been stayed till the next date of hearing. The matter was thereafter listed on 24.04.2015, 11.08.2015 and 08.11.2019, however, the interim relief granted on 17.04.2014 was not extended further. It is informed by Counsel for the parties that in the meantime, the registered deed of sale has been executed on 15.05.2014. It further appears that the stay order as granted by this Court has not been produced before the concerned executing Court and accordingly the decree has been executed on 15.05.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to allow this application, which is accordingly rejected.

IA No.05/2021 thus, stands disposed of. Post this matter for final hearing in its usual course.
