Heard on I.A. No.01/2021, an application for grant of Ad- Interim Bail to the Appellant.

By the impugned judgment dated 19.02.2020, passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act, 2012), Jashpur, District: Jashpur (C.G.) in POCSO Act Cases No.11/2019, the Appellant

stands convicted under Section 376 (2) (ढ) of IPC, 506-II of IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for 10 years with a fine Rs.1,000/-, RI for 01 year with a fine of Rs.500/- respectively with default stipulations.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is in jail and the father of the Appellant namely Tulsi Yadav is willing for solemnization of marriage of the Appellant with the prosecutrix therefore, he prays that the Appellant may be released on Ad- interim bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer.

For the reasons mentioned in I.A. No. 01/2021, the same is allowed.

It is directed that Appellant be released on Ad-Interim bail from 20.07.2021 to 05.08.2021 on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. He shall positively surrender before the concerned Trial Court on 06.08.2021 at 11:00 A.M.
