Heard on I.A. No.01/2017, an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the Appellant.

Since the appellant is convicted and sentenced under Section 06 of POCSO Act, 2012 other than offence under Sections 376, 363 of IPC. Therefore, in view of judgment dated 17.05.2021 passed in MCRC No. 708/2021 by this High Court, Registry is directed to issue notice to the victim/informant of the case.

State counsel is directed to submit address of the complainant/victim within three days.

It is made clear that notice should be sent through registered mode and it should be served through concerned Superintendent of Police.

List this case on 17.08.2021.

Meanwhile, State counsel is directed to file reply also.
