Both the appeals i.e. Cr.A. No. 1620 of 2021 and Cr.A. No. 1566 of 2021

are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated

12.11.2021 passed by the Sessions Judge, Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) in

Sessions Case No. 37/2019. Previously filed appeal i.e. Cr.A. No. 1566 of

2021 has been preferred by appellant (Ashok Kumar) through his counsel Shri

Gyan Prakash Shukla whereas subsequent appeal i.e. Cr.A. No. 1620 of 2021

is a jail appeal preferred by appellants (Nanhu Kumar & Ashok Kumar)

through Legal Aid Counsel Shri Dhirendra Prasad Mishra.

In view of above, Shri Dhirendra Prasad Mishra, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of appellants in Cr.A. no. 1620 of 2021 wants time to file

an application for deleting the name of appellant Ashok Kumar in Cr.A. No.

1620 of 2021.

At the request of learned counsel for the respective appellants, list these

appeals alongwith Cr.A. No. 1554 of 2021.
