                appellant. Also heard Mr. H.B. Agrawal, learned senior counsel

                appearing for the respondents, assisted by Mr. Sudhir Kumar Bajpai.

It is pointed out by Mr. Agrawal that challenging the very same

judgment, which is challenged in this writ appeal, the respondents had

preferred an appeal, registered as Writ Appeal No. 375 of 2021. He

has also produced copy of the order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Writ

Appeal No. 375 of 2021.

Perusal of the above order goes to show that notice was issued,

making it returnable on 10.01.2022.

Issue notice also in this case, returnable on 10.01.2022.

Registry will list this case alongwith Writ Appeal No. 375 of 2021.
