Heard on I.A. No.1/2021 which is an application for suspension

of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant No.1.

The appellants stand convicted under Section 302 read with

Section 34 of the IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life

with usual default stipulation vide judgment dated 07.07.2014 passed

by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Balod in S.T. No.81/2013.

Since the earlier applications for suspension of sentence and

grant of bail have been dismissed on merit as also considering the fact

that the ground of delay on which the bail was sought for both the

aspects having been considered and the contention having been

dismissed, we are not inclined to allow this repeat application for

suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Accordingly, I.A. No.1/2021 is rejected.

Let the case be fixed for final hearing before the appropriate

Bench having the roster.
