1. Perused the jail report dated 10.07.2021 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, District- Bastar (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the appellant has been released from jail on 06.02.2021 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
