Learned Advocate, Mr. Debasish Ghose, representing certain co-sharers, has

provided a list of the names of the co-sharers. However, the respective

addresses of the same have not been mentioned.

The Learned Advocate as aforesaid along with the Learned Special

Officer is to furnish a fresh list detailing the addresses of the co-sharers

individually along with a copy of the preliminary decree relied upon by the

aforesaid Advocate in terms of distribution of the amount of Rs.10, 51,100.60

to be distributed in accordance to their respective shares as mentioned

therein.
