The Court :- The Learned Advocate representing the petitioner in IA No.

GA 288 of 2026 seeks an extension of the interim order granted by this Court

vide order dated 13th February, 2026, since the next date has been fixed for

filing of affidavit-in-opposition by the defendants on 16th April, 2026.

The interim order granted earlier be extended till 16th April, 2026.

The Learned Advocate representing the applicant in IA No. GA 287 of

2026 has to serve notice along with the copy of the application upon the

opposite parties intimating the next date of hearing and file an affidavit-of-

service to that effect.
