The Court: In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the award-

holder, the matter is taken up for hearing.

This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 29th

January, 2025, whereby the award-debtors have been directed to pay a sum

of Rs.12,03,646/-. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the

award has become final, binding and enforceable and remains unsatisfied

till date.

In view of the above, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of

the Tabular Statement.

The award-debtors are directed to file their Affidavit of Assets on the

returnable date.

It is made clear that in default of filing of such Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for issuance of warrants of arrest would be issued

against the award-debtors.

The award-holder is directed to effect service on the award-debtors

and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable on 27 April, 2026 before the Regular

Bench having determination.
