        Pursuant to the direction made by this Court dated January 29,
2026, learned Receiver had visited the two subject properties and caused an
inventory. The joint report filed by the joint Receivers in a sealed envelope in
Court today is taken on record.
         Receivers shall be at liberty to serve copies to the parties. Copy has
been served to Mr. Anindya Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for
the defendant and Ms. Manisha Das, learned advocate appearing for the
plaintiff.
        The parties shall consider the report and revert back to this Court on
the next date.
        The defendant has filed an affidavit pursuant to the direction of this
Court dated January 29, 2026, disclosing further assets. The affidavit filed
in Court today is taken on record. Copy has been served upon the plaintiff's
advocate in Court today.
        The interim order last extended on January 29, 2026 stands further
extended till April 30, 2026 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
