       The Court :- This is an application filed by the defendant under

Section 10 of the C.P.C., praying for stay of the instant suit.

         On the prayer of Mr. Shayak Mitra, learned Advocate appearing for

the defendant, time to file reply stands extended till today.

         Reply filed in Court today is taken on record. Copy has been served.

         Mr. Shayak Mitra, learned Advocate led by Mr. Anirban Ray, learned

Senior Advocate (VC), have commenced their submissions.

         After continuing for some time, Mr. Anirban Ray, learned Senior

Advocate prays for an accommodation on the ground that he shall have to

bring some judicial authorities and precedence on the issue to cite before

this Court.

         Mr. Shiv Shankar Banerjee, learned Advocate, appears for the

plaintiff landlord in the instant suit.

         For the ends of justice, the matter shall appear once again for further

consideration under the heading "Adjourned Motion" on March 25, 2026,

as prayed for by Mr. Ray.
