The Court: In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the award-
holder, the matter is taken up for hearing.
This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 11 June,
2025, whereby the award-debtors have been directed to pay a sum of
Rs.15,83,535/-.
It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the award has
become final, binding and enforceable and there is no application under
Section 34 of the Act which is pending. In this background, the award-
holder seeks direction in terms of prayer (a) of Column 10 of the Tabular
Statement.
In view of the fact that the award remains unsatisfied till date, there
shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of Column 10 of the Tabular
Statement to the extent specified below.
Ms. Rama Ray Chowdhury (9831217597), Advocate is appointed as a
Receiver over the secured asset. The Receiver will be paid a remuneration of
1500 gms. The Receiver shall file a Report on the returnable date.
Let this matter appear four weeks hence before the Regular Bench
having determination.
