        The Court: The last order dated March 17, 2026 speaks for itself.

        Mr. Arif Ali, learned advocate led by Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, learned

senior advocate appears for the Director of the judgment debtor being the

applicant in IA GA-COM/1/2026.

        Mr. Rupak Ghosh, learned advocate with Mr. Souradeep Banerjee,

learned advocate appears for decree holder.

        The parties confirm that a sum of Rs. 11,00,000/- has been

deposited with the Registrar, Original Side. The Registrar shall do the

needful with the amount in terms of the direction dated March 17, 2026.

        Shri Samir Kumar Ghosh has been released from custody and is

present in Court today. Further sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- shall be deposited

on or before March 30, 2026, pursuant to the direction of this Court dated

March 17, 2026.

        The jurisdictional issue urged on behalf of Mr. Shri Samir Kumar

Ghosh is not required to be adjudicated any further at this stage, since Shri

Samir Kumar has already been released from custody.

        This Court is of the view that nothing further survives in this

application.

        Accordingly, IA GA-COM/1/2026 stands disposed of, without any

order as to costs.

        The main execution application shall appear under the heading "New

Chamber Applications" on March 31, 2026.

        Shri Samir Kumar Ghosh shall be personally present in Court on the

next date.
