The Court: In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the award-

holder, the matter is taken up for hearing.

This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 16th March,

2020 directing the judgment-debtor to pay an amount of Rs.20,66,861.82/-.

By an order dated 25th September, 2025, a Coordinate Bench had directed

to Affidavit of Assets to be filed. Notwithstanding expiry of the stipulated

period the award-debtors have failed to file their Affidavit of Assets.

In view of the above, let there be a warrant of arrest against the

judgment-debtor no. 1.

The warrant of arrest is made returnable six weeks hence.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-charge

of the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure

due execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the aforesaid

judgment-debtor no.1 before this Court on or before the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of May, 2026 before the

Regular Bench.
