Defendant nos. 1A and 3 submitted that he wants to withdraw himself from the

suit today along with Mr. R.K. Khanna, Advocate and Mr. Subhronil Ghosh,

Advocate on behalf of Defendant no. 1B. Liberty is given accordingly.

So far as GA/13/2026 is concerned, it is also submitted by Mr.

Mukhopadhyay, Learned Counsel that the same may be allowed to be

withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh. Liberty is given to withdraw.

Accordingly, GA/13/2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
