and prayer (C) of the Master's Summons be allowed and a decree be drawn up

in terms of Terms of Settlement dated 10th November, 2025.

The prayer (C) of the Master's Summons is as follows :-

(c) "The department may be directed to draw up the decree in terms of

settlement dated 10.11.2025 filed in the instant suit."

Accordingly, the prayer (c) of the Master's Summons is allowed.
