Counsel for the defendant has concluded his argument in connection

with GA/2/2025 with regard to direction on the plaintiff.

2. Due to paucity of time, plaintiff could not argue the matter.

Accordingly, the case is adjourned.

3. Counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the interim order is till today

and prayed for extension of the interim order.

4. The applicant namely, Sunil Investment Pvt. Ltd., has filed an

application being GA/3/2026 praying for addition of parties. Learned

Counsel for the plaintiff prayed for time to file affidavit-in-opposition.

5. The affidavit-in-opposition be filed within two weeks. Reply, if any,

thereto be filed within a week thereafter.

6. List this matter on 27th March, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

7. The interim order is extended till 30th March, 2026 or until further

order, whichever is earlier.
