The Court:- The Learned Advocate representing State has filed the

affidavit-in-opposition on behalf of the Investigating Officer with regard to

seizure of certain documents which were to be recovered from the possession

of the removed executor. Let the same be kept on record. Copy of such

affidavit-in-opposition has been served upon the Learned Advocate

representing the petitioner.

The Learned Advocate appointed as the Administrator had been served

with the copy of the affidavit-in-opposition by the Learned Advocate

representing the petitioner. Learned Advocate representing the removed

executor submitted the predicament on the part of the same to appear or to

take any steps due to the demise of his father on 17th of this month.

Next date be fixed on 16th March, 2026 for the removed executor to be

present before the Court.
