The Court:- The Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff craves leave to file

appropriate substitution application on death of defendant no. 5, subject to law

of limitation.

Leave is granted to file the said substitution application.

The Learned Counsel, who is present in Court, is directed to furnish the

names of the legal heirs as well as death certificate under Order XXII Rule 10 of

the C.P.C.

The Learned Counsel for the Defendant no.2 submits that balance unpaid

remuneration shall be paid by his client shortly.

Liberty is given to the Learned Counsel, presently for Defendant no.2, to

file Vakalatnama on behalf of Defendant nos. 2, 6, 7 and 8.

The matter will appear in the list on 9th March, 2026.
