Heard the submissions of the Learned Advocate representing the petitioner as

well as the Administrator General and Official Trustee of West Bengal.

The concerned personnel representing the Administrator General and Official

Trustee of West Bengal are to prepare explanatory note with regard to the provisions of

the trust in accordance with which the Official Trustee is empowered to disburse the

trust fund in distinct accounts.

The presence of two officials in respect of the terms of their service are to be

ensured on the next date of hearing.
