The Court:- The Learned Advocate representing the applicant in

GA/23/2025 submits to have filed a suit being TS 348 of 2026 before the

City Civil Court at Calcutta, which fact he intends to incorporate in the

supplementary affidavit and seeks for further time to file the same.

The Special Officer on an earlier occasion had published for sale of the

suit property in compliance with the order dated 2 nd May, 2025. However, the

report furnished by the Special Officer with regard to the submissions of the

proposals had not been lawful and coherent. The Learned Special Officer is to

further take steps in publishing the suit property inviting proposals from the

public at large for purchase of the same through advertisements in one

English daily newspaper, one Bengali daily newspaper as well as a Hindi

daily newspaper and file a compliance report on the next date of hearing.

The Learned Special Officer in case of receiving offers from the

intending bidders will specify a date to visit the property in the presence of

the Learned Advocates on Record representing the plaintiffs and the

defendants.

Next date be fixed on 11th May, 2026.
