The averments in Paragraphs - 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the instant application i.e.

GA/4/2025 being satisfactory, the Order dated 2 nd December, 2025 is recalled.

CS/313/2010 is restored to its original file and number.

GA/4/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.

Next date be fixed on 18th March, 2026.

The Learned Advocate, Ms. Madhu Priya, appointed in this suit as a Receiver

by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is to file the current status report with regard

to the property in question.
