       The Court :- Both the applications, IA No. GA-COM/1/2025 is the

application for injunction filed by the plaintiffs in which an ad interim order

of injunction has been passed and the other one being IA No. GA-

COM/2/2025 is an application filed by the defendant praying for vacating

of the ad interim order, are taken up for consideration together by consent

of the parties.

       Mr. Krishna Raj Thaker, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the

plaintiffs has placed his injunction application.

       Mr. Shashank Deo Sudhi, learned Advocate appearing for the

defendant has been making his submissions opposing the injunction

application as also in support of his vacating application. He shall continue

on the next day.

       After Mr. Sudhi concludes, Mr. Thakker shall give a composite reply.

       On the prayer of Mr. Sudhi, learned Advocate appearing for the

defendant, the matter shall appear for further consideration under the

heading "For Orders" on February 25, 2026.

       On the next day this Court may think the possibility of sending the

parties for mediation, as an accounting dispute is involved.
