THE COURT: Cross-Examination of the plaintiffs' first witness by the
defendant nos. 1(b) and 1(c) is concluded. The defendant nos. 1(d) and 3(a) who
are represented in the proceedings do not wish to cross-examine the plaintiffs'
first witness. The evidence of the plaintiffs' first witness is, therefore, closed at
this stage.
Let this matter appear on 7th May, 2026 for fixing a date for further
witness action as prayed for by the parties.
In view of the judgment delivered on 6 th March, 2026 in IA No.
GA/85/2026 in TS No. 6 of 2004, the joint affidavit shown to the PW-1 in
question no. 2572 is tendered and marked as Exhibit-14 with objection.
The said joint affidavit is directed to be sent for being kept in the safe
custody of the Registrar, Original Side of this Court along with other exhibits
and be placed before the Court along with the other exhibits on the date or
dates the suit is fixed for hearing.
