THE COURT: Two affidavits of service, one by defendant nos.1, 3, 4 and
other by defendant no.2 filed in Court today, are taken on record.
Punjab National Bank, Churu Branch, Rajasthan has sent one envelope
in sealed condition to the Registrar, Original Side of this Court. The said

envelope was opened wherein another sealed envelope was found. The sealed
envelope along with the opened envelope has been placed before the Court
along with the report filed by the learned Registrar, Original Side of this Court.
The sealed envelope is opened in Court. The same contains a letter dated
17th March, 2026 written by Vikash Chhicholia, Branch Manager, Churu
Branch of Punjab National Bank. The following appears from the said letter:-

As per resolution passed on 3rd March 2014 in supersession of resolution dt.24/05/2010 and 08/02/2014 account maintained with our branch will be operated by Shri Kamal Kumar Poddar and any one of trustee namely Shri Sheoratan Poddar and Shri Ashok Kumar Poddar.
2. Only Plaintiff no 1 is signatory in bank account.
3. Account is active and operational.
4. Current balance is aforesaid account is Rs.25,38,883.25/-
5. There is monthly cash deposited at branch cash counter of Rs.7,500/- and Rs.2,660/- but purpose of same is not specified.
6. KYC is updated in 2024 with no change in signatory.
7. Only saving account 01162010023410 is maintained with our branch with inbuilt Flexi deposit facility.
The said letter dated 17th March, 2026 is taken on record and a copy of
the same be circulated amongst the parties.
After considering the report for the time being, no withdrawal shall be
made from the Account No. 01162010023410 out of the present balance of
Rs.25,38,883.25. The cash deposits said to be made on each month should be
accepted and credited to the bank account without prejudice to the rights of
the plaintiffs and the defendants.
The matter is made returnable in the monthly list of May 2026 so that
the learned advocates representing the parties can take necessary instruction
after perusing the report/letter from their respective clients.
