THE COURT: Mr. Aninda Lahiri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of

all the defendants submits, on instructions, that his clients are agreeable to

dispense with formal service of the writ of summons provided copy of the plaint

with all legible annexures are served on his advocates-on-record, namely, Ms.

Bolivia Roy and Mr. Subhadip Chakraborti.

Let a copy of the plaint be served by 17 th April, 2026.

The defendants shall in such circumstances file their written statement

by 9th June, 2026.

Department shall accept the written statement if the same is in proper

form and order if presented for filing within the time stipulated hereinabove on

the basis of this instant order.

Immediately upon filing the written statement, the defendants shall serve

a copy thereof with legible copy of annexures on the learned advocate for the

plaintiff.

Interim order which is in subsistence till 30 th April, 2026 is extended till

30th June, 2026 or until further orders whichever is earlier.
