        The Court:- On the prayer of Mr. Megnad Dutta, learned

advocate appearing for the judgment debtor, time stands extended to file

the affidavits of assets, as already directed by the Court, till today. The

affidavits of assets filed in Court today are taken on record.

        Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated March 11, 2026,

the judgment debtor is personally present in Court today. He is the

director of both judgment debtor nos. 1 and 2 and a partner of judgment

debtor no.5.

        The judgment debtor no.4 is not present in Court today, despite

direction.

        It is submitted by Mr. Dutta that the judgment debtor no.4 is

not keeping well. However, neither any application made nor has any

evidence been produced before this Court.

        The judgment debtor no.4 shall have to pay penalty for violating

the direction of this Court. The judgment debtor no.4 shall pay a penalty

for a sum of Rs.50,000/- in favour of Calcutta High Court Legal

Services Committee. The payment of costs shall be made by account

payee cheque positively within two weeks from date. Copy of the Money

Receipt shall also be furnished before the learned advocate on record for

the decree holder.

        The matter shall appear under the heading "New Chamber

Applications" on May 5, 2026.
