1. Though the matters are listed as item nos.65 and 66 but the learned

Counsel for both the parties have mentioned the matter and submit that the

interim order is till 15th April, 2026 and the same can be extended with

certain modification.

2. It is submitted that the show-cause notice has been issued in the name

of altogether seven persons but only two persons have challenged the said

show-cause notice i.e., Mr. Vikash Agarwal and Mr. Gokul Chand Agarwal,

who are the petitioners before this Court.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for modification of the interim

order only with respect of the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the above, the interim order is extended till 21st May, 2026 or

until further orders, whichever is earlier only with respect of petitioner

herein. This order will not prevent the respondents for taking steps against

the other persons who are not the petitioner before this Court.

5. Let the matter appear on 18th May, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
