The Court :- The defendant nos.2, 3 and 8 remain unrepresented. Mr.
Aniruddh Poddar, learned Receiver files his interim report for the month of
March 2026, which is taken on record.
Mr. Poddar renews his prayer for discharge on the ground of personal
inconvenience and difficulties.
This is a suit for partition and administration wherein the advocates
representing the plaintiffs and the defendants can be jointly made as
Receivers to conduct the work that may be assigned to them by this Court.
Since a group of the defendants being defendant nos.2, 3 and 8
remains unrepresented, and, as such, the replacement of Mr. Poddar as a
Receiver cannot happen today.
The plaintiffs and the defendants are directed to serve notices to the
defendant nos.2, 3 and 8.
Let this matter be adjourned and shall appear in the monthly list of
May 2026.
