By consent of the parties and since the applications are
interlinked and arising out of the same suit, all the applications have been
taken up together and this composite order has been passed.
At this juncture, Mr. Krishnaraj Thaker, learned Senior Advocate
appearing for the plaintiff submits that in view of urgency involved in the
matter, the plaintiff shall not press for any order of injunction against the
defendants, save and except the defendant no.2. Accordingly, he prays
for immediate hearing of the injunction application.
However, today, the defendant no.2 is not represented.
In view of the above and since urgency is involved, the injunction
application being IA No. GA-COM/1/2025 shall appear under heading
"Adjourned Motion" on April 9, 2026.
The plaintiff shall serve a notice upon the defendant no.2 and its
Advocate on Record and shall file affidavit of service on the next day.
