The Court: Learned Advocates for the parties are present.

Mr. Mitra, learned Senior Counsel for the decree-holder submits that an

appeal is preferred against the Order dated 28th August, 2025, but there is

no order of stay.

Mr. Sen, learned Senior Counsel submits that the matter is sent to

mediation and the mediator is yet to submit the Report and the date fixed

by the learned Mediator is 27th October, 2025.

Mr. Sen, learned Senior Counsel submits that an Order passed on 28th

August, 2025 is complied with.

In the facts and circumstances as an appeal is pending, this Court is of

the view that this interim order should be extended for a limited period to

enable the party to obtain necessary orders from the Appeal Court. Thus,

this interim order should continue one week after vacation.

Let this matter appear on 28th October, 2025.
