Learned Counsel for the Judgment debtor, namely, Pankaj Kumar

Jain has filed affidavit of asset in terms of the Order dated 19 th August, 2025

after serving the copy to the learned Counsel for the decree holder. Let the

same be kept with the record.

2. Counsel for the judgment debtor submits that Mr. Navneet Jain is

not traceable and as such she could not prepare the affidavit of asset on behalf

of the Navneet Jain.

3. In view of the above, let warrant be issued against Navneet Jain in

his address at Sherpur House, Jagatnnarayan Road, Phulwari, Patna, Bihar-

80003.

4. The petitioner/decree holder is directed to take appropriate steps

to file requisites in the department for issuance of warrant against Navneet

Jain within a week from date.

5. Let the matter appear on 4th November, 2025.
