The Court: This appeal is directed against a judgment and order

dated September 17, 2024 whereby, in a commercial suit, the Learned

Single Judge dismissed the plaintiff's application for disclosure of additional

documents.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Bank says that this appeal is

not maintainable on a reading of Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act,

2015 read with Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Learned Counsel for the appellants seeks a little time to consider

this issue and come back on September 15, 2025, when this matter will be

listed again.
