         The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the Judgment dated 4th

September, 2025, necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following

manner:-

         Last line of third paragraph at page 4 of the Judgment, instead of the

name "Lalabati Seal", the spelling of the name should be corrected as "Lilabati

Seal".

         First sentence of fourth paragraph at page 4 of the Judgment, instead of

"The said Barun Lall Seal died bachelor on 18/08/2017.", it should be "The said

Barun Lall Seal died bachelor on 12/08/2011 and Lilabati Seal died on

18/08/2017

."

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the Judgment dated 4th

September, 2025.

The concerned Department is directed to do the needful.
