1. The Court: The Judgment dated April 29, 2025 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the cause title, the expression "The Tinplate Company of India Ltd." shall stand

corrected to read "Tata Steel Limited".

3. At paragraph 71 in page 26 of the said Judgment, in the second line, the 1st word

"plaintiff" shall stand corrected to read "defendant". In the same paragraph, at the

last line, the expression "24 years" shall stand corrected to read "29 years".

4. In today's cause list, at item no.2, "The Tinplate Company of India Ltd." shall also

stand corrected to read "Tata Steel Limited".

5. Let the aforesaid corrections as also the corrections contained in this Court's order

dated May 7, 2025 be incorporated in the main Judgment dated April 29, 2029 and

consequently the certified copy of the decree.
