The Court: In view of the urgency pleaded, the matter is taken up for hearing.

This is an application for enforcement of an award dated 9 June, 2025. By the

award, the award-debtors have directed to pay a sum of Rs.16,23,579/-.

It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the award has become final,

binding and enforceable and there is no embargo in proceeding with this application.

In such circumstances, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular

Statement.

The judgment-debtors are directed to file their Affidavit of Assets on or before the

returnable date.

In the meantime, the award-holder is directed to forthwith serve a notice on the

award-debtors and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear before the Regular Bench in the monthly list of December,

2025.

It is made clear that in default of filing of the Affidavit of Assets, appropriate orders

would be passed on the returnable date.
