       Mr. Sarkar, learned Advocate appearing for defendant nos. 2 and 3

prays for an adjournment on the ground that the learned arguing senior

Counsel Mr. Ratnanko Banerji has some personal difficulty today and

tomorrow.

       Mr. Thaker, learned Advocate submits that unless the Section 8

application is disposed of his application is stuck, seeking attachment

before judgment and the consequential injunction.

       In view of the above, the matter shall appear under the heading 'New
