1. The petitioner has mentioned the matter for correction in the order

dated 28th October, 2025 and submits that in the order dated 28 th October,

2025 at page no.2 paragraph Nos. 6 and 7 instead of 'judgment-debtor' it

should be read as 'Reserve Bank of India'.

2. Accordingly, in paragraph No.6 and paragraph No.7 the word

'judgment-debtor' be replaced as 'Reserve Bank of India'.

3. This order may be incorporated with the order dated 28 th October,

2025.

4. The parties shall be at liberty to rely upon the server copy of this

order.
