The Court: This application has been taken out by the decree-

holder for drawing up a judgment and decree dated May 22, 1997 passed by

a Co-ordinate Bench in APO/555/1992.

We are surprised that a decree which was passed about 28 years

ago is yet to be drawn up and completed.

As of now, let there be an order in terms of prayer (h) of the

application, which reads as follows:

"h) The records of the Learned Master being Reqn. No. 214 of 1997 in connection with Suit No.410 of 1992 be produced before this Hon'ble Court."

Insofar as the other prayers are concerned, adjournment is sought

for on behalf of the respondent no.2.

List this matter once again on May 21, 2025.

The Court Officer is directed to immediately communicate this

order to the Learned Master.
