The Court :- Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on

record.

In a suit for money lent and advanced, the plaintiffs have taken out

this application, inter alia, for judgment upon admission with ad interim

prayers for injunction and attachment before judgment.

The defendants remain unrepresented.

Since the main prayer is for judgment upon admission and the order

of attachment before judgment or injunction is prayed for as an ad interim

order in respect of a money claim, with the intent to give the defendants one

more opportunity to represent, the matter is adjourned and shall appear in

the list on 24th June, 2025.

The plaintiff shall issue another notice.

It is made clear that in the event the defendants remain

unrepresented despite service on the next date, the matter will be taken up

in their absence to consider passing of appropriate orders.
