The Court: This is an application for enforcement of the judgment and
decree dated 10th August, 2022. It is submitted that during the pendency of the
proceedings, the judgment-debtors have paid an aggregate amount of Rs.61
lakhs allegedly on account of principal.
On behalf of the decree-holder, it is submitted that a sum in excess of
Rs. 73 lakhs remain due and payable both on account of interest and costs.
In view of the substantial payment that have been made by the
judgment-debtors and in view of the submissions on behalf of the award-
holder, EC/61/2023 along with IA NO. GA-COM/1/2023 stand disposed of.
Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file proceedings afresh if the
circumstances so warrants, in accordance with law.
The subsisting interim order shall continue for a period of three weeks
after the ensuing Vacation.
