        1. There shall be an order in terms of prayer (a).

        2. Leave is given to file the application for additional evidence to bring on

           record the supplementary affidavit intended to be filed by the plaintiff

           in answer to the supplementary affidavit filed by the respondents in

           the application for judgment upon admission.

        3. The appellant shall file requisite number of informal paper books

           prepared out of Court including therein all relevant materials used

           before the learned Court below within four weeks from date and serve

           copies thereof upon the learned advocate for the respondent.

      4. Settlement of index and all other formalities are dispensed with.

      5. Mr. Utpal Majumder, learned Advocate waives service of notice of

         appeal upon the respondents.

      6. The appeal is otherwise ready as regards service.

      7. Liberty to mention after the paper books are filed.

      8. In the event any such application is filed for additional evidence it

         shall be heard along with the appeal subject to any objection that may

         be raised by the respondent at the time of hearing of the appeal.

      9. The appeal is admitted.

      10.   The application being GA/1/2025 stands disposed of.
