       The Court: This is an application for attachment before judgment under

the provisions of Order XXXVIII Rule 5 read with Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of

the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short 'CPC') in a suit for recovery of

money lent and      advanced to the defendant which according               to the

plaintiff/petitioner has been made in view of default on the part of the

defendant in repaying the loan admittedly given by her to the defendant.

       This fact is, however, disputed by the defendant/respondent.

After hearing the parties and on the joint prayers, the matter is

adjourned and shall appear on 3rd July, 2025 under the heading 'For Orders'.
