Counsel for the decree holder has filed affidavit of service showing

that the notice was sent to the judgment debtor through speed post

but the track report shows that only the item dispatched but it is not

proved that whether notice is served upon the judgment debtor or not.

2. Counsel for the decree holder prays for service of notice of the present

execution case upon the judgment debtor through the learned District

Judge of Malda District.

3. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the decree holder,

the decree holder is directed to file requisite process in the

department within a week from date.

4. The department is directed to serve the notice of the execution case

upon the judgment debtor through the learned District Judge of the

concerned District.

5. Let the matter appear on 20th August, 2025.
