The Court: The judgment debtor has filed affidavit of assets wherein

the judgment-debtor has stated that without prejudice to his rights and

contentious, the judgment-debtor will pay two months lease rent at a time from

10th July, 2025 to the plaintiff till the realization of the total decretal amount.

This Court finds that the total decretal amount is Rs.66,64,250/-. The

decree-holder also prayed for interest of Rs.2,18,500/-. The decree-holder is not

ready to accept the proposal given by the judgment-debtor.

Let the matter appear on 26th August, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. for

examination of judgment-debtor.
