The Court:- Perused the report of the Master & Official Referee dated 5.7.2025.

Necessary corrections may be made in the Judgment dated 3.4.2025 as follows:

1) The date of death of Swapan Debnath appearing in the third paragraph at

page no. 2 of the said judgment shall be corrected to read as "03/06/2015"

instead of 22/04/2016.

2) In last line of second paragraph at page no. 4 of the said judgment

".....though P.W. 2.................were cross-examined by the defendants" shall

be corrected to read as "..............though P.W. 1 .........were cross-examined

by the defendants".

Let the above corrections be incorporated in the earlier Judgment dated

3.4.2025. Server copy may be corrected accordingly.
