     The Court: Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. The counsel for

the respondent submits that the issue involved in the instant matter is

covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of

Commissioner of Customs Vs. Canon India Pvt. Ltd. reported in (2024)24

Centax 117(S.C.) and may be disposed of accordingly. But the petitioner

objects to the same and seeks for an adjournment.

Let the matter be fixed on 11th July, 2025 for further consideration.
